1. THE COLD FIGHTER SHOT: 1″ piece of ginger, juice of 1/2 lemon, pinch of cayenne. Blend, strain, shoot!

2. THE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY CUP: 1 cup coconut water, 1″ piece turmeric, 1/2″ piece ginger, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1 tbsp honey. Blend, strain, shoot!

3. THE HYDRATION CUP: 1/4 cup aloe vera juice, 1 cup coconut water, juice of 1/2 lime, 1 tbsp honey. Blend, strain, enjoy!

4. THE DETOX CUP: 1/4 cup coconut kefir, 1/4 cup aloe vera juice, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Blend & enjoy!
